Single axial shredder (Precious Plastic equivalent)
The Shredder – Precious Plastic equivalent.
This machine is ideal for shredding waste plastic we collect and shred them into smaller flakes. With these flakes, We can continue to the next phase of making things with either the extruder or the injection moulding machine. We provide sieve screens in 2 different sizes (6 & 10mm array of holes). These sieves, are what filter the shredded waste into the small flakes. In other word, the waste plastic will be shredded until it is small enough to fall through the sieve.
The shredder is installed with an intellectual control system which includes a motor overload protection, and an auto-reverse feature when the shredding gets congested.
